ON-SITE INSIGHT has successfully completed several hundred-term facility condition assessments (FCAs) in the educational field, serving a diverse array of public and independent schools, and universities. These efforts have ranged from parochial schools in Texas to Harvard University’s Memorial Church, Science Center and Blodgett Pool. OSI’s work for educational clients is distinguished less by automated information solutions than a rigorous evaluation methodology, very strong M/E/P skills, site-specific useful life analysis and costing, and sensitivity to our clients’ complex institutional circumstances. We offer FCA services not as a means to sell IT, or design and construction services, but as a valuable undertaking in its own right.
