OSI’s capital needs assessments and Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) focus on immediate and long term physical issues, including deferred maintenance. We also address operating improvement opportunities. More and more institutional clients seek our help with accessibility concerns as well.

We see FCAs as a critical and valuable activity in their own right, not as a means to sell design, construction or software services. While OSI is capable of providing automated solutions to clients’ information needs, we see the primary value of FCAs to be the quality of the baseline data.
