OSI’s UPCS and HQS (Housing Quality Standards) efforts are directed by a team of experienced, HUD-certified and highly regarded inspection professionals. We have a command of all aspects of UPCS activity – training and logistics, technical support, client relations and quality control.

Other organizations, notably private lenders, local housing authorities and state housing agencies are now benefiting from OSI’s UPCS expertise and capacity. We can provide inspections that faithfully replicate the HUD protocol, to satisfy various monitoring and reporting requirements (e.g. tax credit compliance).
