- 14,000 units of conventional public housing in 58 federally funded and 17 state-funded developments, including high-rise senior complexes, large multifamily developments, and group homes for special needs populations.

Boston Housing Authority (BHA) retained On-Site Insight to update its Accessibility Needs Assessment and Transition Plan for a complex urban housing portfolio.  We inspected and analyzed the entire portfolio and developed compliance cost estimates.  On-Site Insight successfully collaborated with BHA planners and architects to produce the updated Transition Plan document and design and deliver a half-day accessibility training program to BHA management and technical staff.  We also assisted BHA in making a presentation of the findings to HUD.
